important element of a property advert.
The structure and layout of a property
is one of the few things that can’t be
changed easily in comparison to the
cosmetics (décor, etc). We include a
clear black and white 昀氀oorplan on our
brochures and the internet, as well as
full measurements in both metric and
imperial.
Customers like to print off 昀氀oorplans,
visualise whether their furniture will 昀椀t,
talk about which walls can be knocked
down, how the property could be
extended, where the plumbing is etc.
